So our support isn't about revision, you'll be getting reminded (or nagged!) from lots of people in your lives right now. All we will remind you of is the fact that, as with any activity or goal you have in life, putting something off does not make it less stressful.

Actually putting things off creates stress. So look at your goals for your exam results and identify what you can DO today to achieve it.
